Deepak Sarpangal
View BioDeepak Sarpangal is the Managing Member of Sarpa Holdings and has nearly twenty years of diverse investment experience. Prior to founding Sarpa, he was a Partner and founding member of the investment team at Marcato Capital Management, which during his tenure was recognized as S&P Capital IQ’s Best Emerging Manager of the Year, Institutional Investor’s Emerging Hedge Fund Manager of the Year and Absolute Return’s U.S. Equity Fund of the Year. Previously, Deepak worked at leading multi-strategy firms, including as a Principal at Capricorn Investment Group and investment professional with Farallon Capital Management. Earlier, Deepak was with Goldman Sachs’ Principal Investment Area in New York and London, where he evaluated and executed private equity and mezzanine investments and served as a portfolio company Board Observer. He earned a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, an MA in Education from the Stanford Graduate School of Education and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. -
Hannah Barnstable
View BioPrior to joining Wall Street Prep, Hannah was a Vice President at investment banking firm Lincoln International. During her 7 years at Lincoln, Hannah worked on a variety of transactions including M&A, capital raises, and restructuring deals. Prior to working at Lincoln, Hannah spent 2 years at AEGON Investments on the fixed income trading desk. Hannah holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and has a BBA in finance from University of Iowa. -
Sandya Swamy
View BioPrior to joining Wall Street Prep, Sandya held a variety of roles across finance, consulting, strategy, and most recently for Facebook, where she looked at new market and product opportunities and worked on international expansion within Marketplace. Prior to Facebook, Sandya worked at Walmart eCommerce and McKinsey. Before business school, she started her career with Teach for America and worked in investment banking and private equity with Lehman Brothers and Insight Venture Partners. Sandya also worked for the City of New York, running a workforce development pilot program to reduce poverty. Sandya completed a joint MBA and Master's in Public Policy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Harris School of Public Policy and finished her undergraduate studies at The George Washington University. -
Pete Boukouzis
View BioPete is currently the Business Chair and Assistant Professor of Business at the University of Saint Katherine outside of San Diego, California and also provides consulting services on a variety of strategic matters, including valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Pete retired after an 18-year career as M&A investment banker where he most recently led U.S. Energy M&A at BMO Capital Markets in Houston, Texas and served as a member of the firm’s fairness committee. Before joining BMO, Pete worked at UBS and Rothschild, Inc. in New York. Pete started his career as a chemical engineer in the oil and gas industry. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and an MBA with concentrations in accounting, economics, and finance form the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. -
Karine Blanc

She started her career working for large financial institutions Lincoln Financial Group and PGIM Real Estate. She then transitioned to focus on urban real estate markets as a commercial real estate Broker and Consultant. Karine holds a BA and MA in Economics from Rutgers University. -
Andrew Federico
View BioAndrew serves as the Director of Investment Banking Curriculum at Wall Street Prep. He currently oversees the development and execution of technical and professional training for all investment banking curriculums. Andrew joined the firm in July 2019 as an instructor and healthcare subject matter expert. Prior to Wall Street Prep, Andrew worked for J.P. Morgan on the Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York City as an analyst and associate. While at J.P. Morgan, he worked on a variety of transactions including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances and other client advisory services across biopharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare services industries. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he began his career in financial services with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a commercial credit analyst in Dallas covering middle-market companies. Andrew holds a BBA in Finance from the Rawls College of Business and a BS in Agricultural Business from the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas Tech University. -
Shabdha Chigurupati
View BioMost recently, Shabdha was co-founder of Arfa Inc, a community-driven platform for launching new e-commerce wellness brands, which she launched with former colleagues from Glossier, where she was Chief of Staff to the President & COO. Prior to Glossier, Shabdha was a private equity associate at Berkshire Partners, where she was a generalist investor and spent time across consumer, healthcare, telecom, and business services. Before Berkshire, Shabdha was an investment banking analyst in the Media & Communications group at Morgan Stanley. Shabdha majored in Economics and International Studies at Yale University, and earned an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. -
Brad Gibbs
View BioBrad Gibbs is the Comfort and Urry Family Lecturer in Economics at Brown University. Before joining the Brown faculty, Brad lived abroad for 17 years in London, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, and Dubai. He co-founded, and took public on the London Stock Exchange, a sub-Saharan Africa-focused banking group, where he served as Interim CFO and a Member of the Executive Committee, executing acquisitions in seven African countries and overseeing the raising of ca. $900 million of equity, equity-linked and debt capital. Previously, Brad was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he worked for more than thirteen years executing mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions, across a broad array of industries, totaling more than $100 billion. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Brad served as, amongst other roles, Head of South Africa Investment Banking and Head of EMEA Chemicals, Building Materials, and Paper & Packaging. Brad received an MBA from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and an MAT and a BA in History with Honors from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude and being elected to Phi Beta Kappa during his junior year. He lives in Providence with his wife and two children and currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of Paul Cuffee School and on the Board of Trustees of The Providence Athenaeum, where he also served as Treasurer. -
Katherine Dextraze
View BioKatherine has experience in investment banking, corporate finance, middle-market private equity, and startups. In investment banking, Katherine worked at Credit Suisse on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions as an advisor for private equity and strategic clients in the industrials and transportation sectors. In corporate finance, Katherine continued to be involved in M&A in the biotech/pharmaceutical space at Amgen. Prior to her finance career and MBA at Rice University, Katherine was a medical research scientist at the University of Texas and was involved in the biomedical startup community. -
Ayodele Ekhator
View BioMost recently, Ayo was an associate in the Blackstone Group's Strategic Capital Group, the business that acquires minority GP stakes in alternative asset management companies. Prior to joining Blackstone, Ayo was an analyst at Citigroup, where he focused on Municipal and Project Finance investment banking and capital markets origination. Ayo is an incoming MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School and earned a B.A. in Political Science from Williams College, where he was also a member of the football team. -
Jessica Holton
View BioMost recently, Jessica was an associate in the Carlyle Group's U.S. Buyout Consumer & Retail group, where she focused on evaluating investments, building valuation models, conducting financial analysis and diligence and managing portfolio companies within the consumer and retail space. Before Carlyle, Jessica was an analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley, where she advised private equity clients on buy-side, sell-side, public offerings and refinancing opportunities, participating in all transaction phases and all industries. Jessica majored in finance and accounting at Georgetown University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and earned an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. -
Daniel Martins

He runs DM Martins Capital Management and manages a small team of researchers, writers and editors for several channels on TheStreet.com. Previously, Daniel worked in the network equipment and energy services research teams at FBR Capital Markets (now part of B. Riley Financial) and at Ray Dalio’s hedge fund Bridgewater Associates. Daniel began his finance career in the financial management leadership and corporate audit programs at General Electric.
