Overview

Designed for investment banking, PE and real estate investment professionals, you will learn how professionals underwrite and analyze multi-family properties in order to evaluate investment opportunities and drive valuation. This course does not assume a prior background in Real Estate. However, this course is taught at a fast pace and those who enroll should have an introductory knowledge of accounting and proficiency in Excel.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 3 weeks before the event receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations up to 1 week before the event incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are given for cancellations within 1 week of the event.
  • Wall Street Prep reserves the right to cancel seminars due to low enrollment, with full refunds issued to participants in such cases.
Transfer Policy

Participants wishing to change their enrollment date or switch bootcamps must adhere to the following criteria:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 1 week before the original seminar start date.
  • Only one transfer is allowed per registration, to be used within one year of the initial registration.
  • Transfers are final and non-refundable.
  • The new bootcamp must be of equal or lesser cost; otherwise, participants will be charged the difference.
  • Participants who do not attend their original bootcamp without prior notice are ineligible for transfer.
