I was in the middle of taking an exam and experienced an error. Can I get back into the exam?
If you encounter an error or interruption during your exam, simply log back into the exam to continue. The exam system is designed to save your progress, so you’ll be able to pick up exactly where you left off. Additionally, if you lose your internet connection while taking the exam, don’t worry—once you reconnect and access the exam again, you’ll be taken back to the question you were on when the connection was last active. This ensures that you can complete your exam without losing any progress.

Why is the amount charged to my payment method different from the price listed on the Wall Street Prep website?
The pricing on the Wall Street Prep website and order receipts are in USD. If you're outside of the U.S., you may see a difference on your payment method's statement due to currency conversion rates. Currency conversion rates can fluctuate, meaning the amount charged at the time of purchase may vary slightly from what was displayed. In addition, some banks or card issuers may charge additional fees for international transactions. We recommend contacting your payment provider for details on any additional charges.
-
Can you share one login for studying WSP materials, and can two logins work concurrently?
No, the courses are single-user only. We are not able to create or allow you to use 2 logins for 1 account, concurrently.
