- Multi-stream intern training: The first part of the intern training program provided learners with finance fundamentals while the second half consisted of separate real estate and private equity/credit streams to ensure relevancy across all client groups.
- Dedicated analyst program. WSP conducted a dedicated analyst program to provide new grads with core modeling skill set before the start of the combined analyst and associate Private Equity Immersion program.
- Customization: WSP integrated firm templates and investment case studies throughout full-time programs, increasing relevancy and creating a continuous transition to internally-led group-specific training.
