• Client was looking to provide online continuing education resources to all of its IBD professionals globally.
• Key consideration was breadth of topics that would be relevant across different populations (interns, analysts, associates) and groups.
• Integrating into Client LMS was of paramount importance to enable easy access and reporting data to Client’s L&D team.

Solution

• WSP worked with client to upload the entire library of courses into the firm’s LMS.
• WSP developed group-specific learning journeys across various IBD groups.
• Content ranges from technical skills training (Financial modeling, Excel, Valuation, PowerPoint) to group specific training (M&A, Levfin, Industrials, Healthcare, Saas) to professional skills training (“soft skills in IB”).

Impact

• Access to the online up-skilling tailored specifically for each group is available and is consistently the most heavily used online learning content available on the global investment bank’s online university.
